The configuration of the extended evaluation analysis of C-family algorithms included the following tasks: //Obtain Outbreak Indicator// task performed by the //Data Query// method, //Monitor Data for Aberrancies// task performed by an instance of //Temporal Aberrancy Detection// method, particularly one of the C-Algorithms, three instances of //Measure Performance// task performed by //Sensitivity//, //Specificity// and //Timeliness// methods respectively, and finally, //Measure Aggregate Performance// task performed by //ROC// method. The four middle tasks were enclosed in an iteration structure in order to repeat each of them for different threshold values.
