System configuration for the evaluation analysis of C algorithms

The configuration of the extended evaluation analysis of C-family algorithms included the following tasks: Obtain Outbreak Indicator task performed by the Data Query method, Monitor Data for Aberrancies task performed by an instance of Temporal Aberrancy Detection method, particularly one of the C-Algorithms, three instances of Measure Performance task performed by Sensitivity, Specificity and Timeliness methods respectively, and finally, Measure Aggregate Performance task performed by ROC method. The four middle tasks were enclosed in an iteration structure in order to repeat each of them for different threshold values.
