BioSTORM Model Validator plug-in

This Protege plug-in was developed as part of the BioSTORM project in order to support keeping consistent and valid the content of the Surveillance Method ontology while making editing as easy and intuitive as possible. For example, when the user connects two tasks using Protege graph widget, the plug-in can ensure that the outputs of one task match the inputs of the other, by automatically filling in corresponding slots of the task instances.
